MEALS

  • Meals correlate to the length of stay

    • Arrival Dinner on night one.

    • The following days’ meals are Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner buffets. 

    • The last morning is a Departure Breakfast buffet.


MEAL TIMES

  • BREAKFAST - 8AM | LUNCH - 12 NOON | DINNER - 6PM

  • Buffet Service for each mean is a 1 hour period.

    • The meal period cannot be extended past 1-hour in length.

    • On occasion: Due to large numbers of guests, Camp Navarro may opt to extend service times at no extra charge.

  • Meal Start Times are set to provide structure to the day.

    • Changing a meal start time is subject to a $750 fee AND require approval from Executive Chef 30 days in advance of event.*

    • Requests to change after 30 days will not be honored, especially once an event has commenced.

      *CN will work to meet a time change request but reserves the right to not change meal service start times.


BUFFET SERVICE & DINING SET UPS

  • All meals are served Buffet Style out of the Main Hall in Bocsh Lodge.

  • Tables & Seating are set under the redwood trees along the Main Lawn in front of the Lodge. 

    The location and/or layout of the tables is not moved or rearranged.


INCLUDED BEVERAGES

  • Breakfast is served with Coffee & Tea service, Orange & Apple juices & Water.

  • Lunch & Dinner are served with Iced Black Tea & Lemonade & Water

  • Based on a serving of 2 cups per person.


ADDITIONAL CATERING

  • Happy Hour & Late-Night provisions can be offered in addition to the buffet meals.

  • Additional catering menus and selections will be provided and finalized during the planning process.

    • All selections are due 30 days prior to event

    • Numbers cannot be reduced after this date.


DIETARY ALLERGIES

  • We will need to know allergies, number of people with allergy & severity.

  • Camp Navarro cannot accommodate Celiac needs. Camp Navarro is not a gluten free facility and cannot guarantee the safety for a Celiac guest.

    • It is recommended any guests with Celiac bring their own food.

    • A list to be provided in the planning docs.

  • Vegetarian, Vegan & Gluten Free provisions are accommodated within the menu.

  • MENUS ARE NOT ADJUSTED TO ACCOMMODATE DIETARY PREFERENCES.
